Founder & President

Michael is a software architect and business leader specializing in solving real-world problems with technology. He has more than 24 years’ experience as a technology professional and has worked with more than 60 companies. Michael has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and is a 2019 Google Developer Expert and Microsoft MVP.

Marc Ebtinger

Founder & Vice President, Strategy

Marc is an innovative designer of simple, robust systems including solar heat, wind power, and locomotion and is focused on providing solutions to real-world problems. With more than 31 years in biological and chemical engineering, he has international experience including the Czech Republic, France, Austria, and the United States.

Martine Dowden

Founder & Vice President, Technology

Martine has a background in design and development in user experience and user interfaces. She has eight years of experience in leadership, marketing, design, and development. She is also a specialist in web accessibility including both WCAG 2.0 and Section 508. Martine has degrees in Psychology and Design and Visual Communications and is a 2019 Google Developer Expert and Microsoft MVP.

Michael McGinnis

Founder & Vice President, Operations

Michael has worked with a wide variety of stacks in both the private and public sector, including Hybrid Mobile Apps and Enterprise Java Applications. Pushing the limits of web technology he constantly looks for the latest and greatest tools, building fast, and flexible solutions. His work can be found on Google Play and the Apple Store, as well as being used by thousands of people supporting government programs.

Patrick O'Donnell

Vice President, Sales

Patrick is passionate about helping companies create sustainable revenue growth by focusing on team culture -- he believes that if you maintain a positive culture, the possibilities are endless! His breadth of knowledge and experience has benefited many small businesses and leadership mentees all over the Indianapolis area and beyond.
